There are, of course, some people who are skeptical of steel buildings and their integrity as modern structures. Cynics exist both within the industry itself—though few of them—and within the conventional building industries. One unfavorable statement regarding pre-fabricated steel buildings is that the chosen manufacturer likely does not produce pre-engineered steel buildings in concurrence with the local building codes where the building will be erected. In fact, there is first-rate professionalism in this area among many manufacturers today and this claim may only rarely be substantiated.
