The Metal Building Manufacturers Association has recently stated that commercial and business uses of high-grade steel comprise almost one third of all-steel building sales. These include the conventional “beige” facilities, but also encompass multi-windowed office complexes, modern auto dealerships, and aircraft manufacturing facilities. The private business sector has also accounted for a rise in the use of steel buildings.
